Online Booking System

I use the Acuity online booking system to manage appointments. Your name and contact details are stored securely within this system.

The booking system enables appointments to be booked, changed, or cancelled easily and allows appointment confirmations and reminders to be sent automatically. By using this system, you consent to the storage and processing of your booking information for these purposes.

The Consultation

Everything we discuss during your consultation is treated as confidential and will not be shared with anyone else without your permission. The only exception is if you specifically ask me to communicate or share relevant information with another healthcare professional involved in your care.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled through the Acuity booking system or by contacting me directly via email.

I kindly request as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This helps ensure appointment availability for all clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full session fee.

Emails

When you book a consultation with me, I will add your email address to my client mailing list so I can contact you about your appointments, share occasional news, let you know about upcoming courses or events, and provide information to help you learn more about homeopathy.

You can unsubscribe from my mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link in my emails or by contacting me directly.
